Sessions are in-person at home/gym in West London or online.
Our personal training sessions with Isabella are designed to support physical and emotional resilience. This is not about pushing limits or unrealistic fitness goals, it’s about building strength, confidence and a positive relationship with your body.
Training may be helpful if you:
- Feel disconnected from your body
- Want to improve strength, mobility, or fitness safely
- Are returning to exercise after an eating disorder or body image issues
- Struggle with motivation or confidence around movement
The sessions are tailored to your personal abilities and goals, with a focus on consistency, self-trust and sustainable progress.
Isabella, our Personal Fitness Instructor, is qualified and fully insured to practice.
Qualifications:
- Level 2 in Fitness Instructing
- Level 3 Personal Training
- Level 3 Nutrition in Personal Training / Pre and Post Natal / First Aid
