Emotional Health and Wellbeing Sessions
Sessions are held in-person in West London or online.
Emotional wellbeing is the heart of everything we do, how we function, relate and cope with everyday life. When emotions become overwhelming or difficult to manage, it can effect sleep, relationships, confidence and physical health.
Versu Amor provide compassionate, non-judgemental support, tailored to you as an individual. Together, we create space to explore what is going on beneath the surface and gently work towards greater emotional resistance, self-understanding and confidence rather than simply cope.
Emotional Support may help with:
- Stress, anxiety and overwhelm
- Low mood or emotional exhaustion
- Life transitions, grief or loss
- Confidence, self-esteem and emotional regulation
- Finding balance & direction
Sessions are collaborative and client lead, supportive and focused on helping you feel heard, understood and empowered.
Individual sessions are for 60 minutes which can be booked individually or in blocks of 6 or 12 sessions. These sessions can be in-person in West London or online.
